# Multiplication facts for parents, after the lesson is over.

- **6 × 7 is still a coin toss.** The lesson landed. The blank line on the worksheet is where 6 × 7 falls down.
- **Homework takes an hour.** Every line stalls on a fact that should take one second.
- **Thursday’s quiz still blanks.** Counting works at the kitchen table. Thursday’s timed quiz needs 7 × 8 automatic.

## How families use it

That is the usual path. Open TimesOwl and practice. You do not need an email or a password.

- **Your child has a device.** They open the site on their phone or tablet and practice. Same device next time, same progress. You do not need a setup speech.
- **You have the device.** Kitchen tablet, your phone, the living-room laptop: pick one and stay on it. That is how most families do it.

## What TimesOwl does about it

Every fact gets its own schedule. The child only sees what is due. Five minutes can cover that list because the same shaky facts keep coming back until they stick. That scheduling is spaced repetition.

## Your part

- Block five minutes on a day that already exists.
- Do not pick the sevens just because it is Tuesday.
- Stop while it is still going well.
- Glance at Progress once a week.

## Scope and privacy

TimesOwl only does multiplication facts. We do not ask kids for an email. No ads, no third-party trackers, no selling data. Unused anonymous practice is cleared after about a month.
